English Assembly: A Visit to Peru

On the 24 th October, we are very glad to have invited a special guest to join us in the English Assembly on the topic “A Visit to Peru ”.

Who is our special guest? That's Miss Emma Firkins, the daughter of our Native English Teacher, Mr. Firkins. Last summer, Emma went to Peru , a country in South America , with a group of students and teachers from West Island School Hong Kong. They experienced a different lifestyle and culture there and the trip left her with a lot of unforgettable experiences. In the English Assembly, Emma delivered a lively and wonderful presentation on the trip she had and showed us a video she took with her friends there.
