The Perfect Day recently won the award for Outstanding Script in the 2009 Hong Kong Schools Drama Festival. It was a thought provoking and exciting look at teenagers in the modern world of on-line computer games. The wonderful team spirit shown by our school drama group really impressed the judges in the recent Hong Kong Schools Drama Festival and consequently we were the winners of the award for Outstanding Cooperation. More details...>>>

Synopsis

Harry, a sixteen year-old boy who is addicted to playing TV games, always dreams of escaping from cruel reality. He was born in a broken family and attained low school results. He thinks none in the world cares about him and so he ignores everything in the world until he meets Alice, a special classmate who posses the congenital ability of intuition. She senses that the world is going to the end and she wants to remind Harry to cherish the time with his family and friends in the time he has left.

On that day, just as usual an ordinary day, the world finally comes to an end. Only Harry has been saved. He is so regretful that he didn't treasure his family and friends in the past. He prays that time can go backwards. Can he be led to a new life without hiding himself from reality? Or does he just simply pretend to be living in the dream.

Is it just a dream of a beginning? Or an ending?
