Chocolate Making

Assorted Nuts Chocolate

 

Ingredients :

Melting chocolate 100g

Nuts: Hazel nuts, brazil nuts, walnuts, almonds 50g

Raisins 25g

Utensils :

Large saucepan x 1

Measuring jug x 1

Dish cloth x 1

Tea spoon x 1

Chocolate moulds x 1 set

Method :

1. Heat the water in a saucepan under 50 o C.

2. Put the melting chocolate in the measuring jug and put it in the saucepan. Warm the melting chocolate with indirect heat.

3. Stir it with tea spoon gently until the melting chocolate dissolves.

4. Pour the dissolved melting chocolate into the chocolate moulds. Put in the nuts.

5. When it becomes cool, chill it in the refrigerator for about an hour. Serve.
