KSK and the chocolate Factory
Chocolate Ice-cream Pancake
Ingredients : Self-raising flour ------120g Egg ----------------------1 Caster Sugar -----------1 Tsp Milk --------------------200 ml Oil for frying ----------1 Tsp |
For garnish and spreading : Jam ------------------3 Tsp Butter ----------------3 Tsp Ice-cream ------------3-4 Tsp |
Method :
• Put the dry ingredients in the mixing bowl. Beat the egg well.
•Mix it into the dry ingredients mixture. Then add the milk into the mixture for 3 –4 times. Stir well.
• Heat the pan. Add some oil to prevent from sticking.
• Pour in 3-4 Tsp of pancake mixture into the pan. When it sets, turn the up side down. Fry both side until golden brown.
• Serve hot.
